poem for "Shraavana sambhrama kavi goshti

ಮತ್ತೆ ಬ೦ದಿದೆ ಶ್ರಾವಣ

ಸುರಿದಿದೆ ಮಳೆ

ತು೦ಬಿ ಹರಿದಿದೆ ಹೊಳೆ

ತೂಗಿದೆ ಹಸಿರಿನ ತೋರಣ

ಹಬ್ಬ ಸಾಲಿನ ಸ೦ಭ್ರಮ.

ಮತ್ತೆ ಬ೦ದಿದೆ ಶ್ರಾವಣ.

ಎದೆ ಎದೆಯಲಿ ಹರಿದುಕ್ಕಿದೆ

ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಸರಿತೆ

ಜಡ ಬದುಕಲಿ ಒಡ ಮೂಡಿದೆ

ಚೈತನ್ಯದ ಒರತೆ.

ಹೂ ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಸ೦ಭ್ರಮದಲಿ

ತು೦ಬಿದೆ ಬದುಕಿನ ಬಾಗಿನ

ಮನದಾಳವ ಮಥಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ

ಅನುಭಾವದ ಚಿ೦ತನ.

ಮತ್ತೆ ಬ೦ದಿದೆ ಶ್ರಾವಣ.

Yesterday (26 - 07 -2011 - Wednesday) I received a message from Sri D.Manjunath, president of Jilla Sahitya parishat, inviting me to attend a meeting to discuss about the "Shraavana Sambrhama" programme to be held on 13th August. I attended the meeting with Girija. They have added my name to the list of poets to read a poem on "Shraavana" in the 'Kavi goshti" on that day.

The poem I have written for the "Kavi ghoshti" is given below:
